Russian projectile kills pensioner in Kherson

The Russians attacked Kherson on the morning of 16 November, killing a pensioner.

Details: Kherson Oblast's Prosecutor's Office reports that the Russians attacked Kherson, using artillery, at around 10:00. A 67-year-old pensioner was killed as a projectile hit a house.
