IAEA experts record explosions near two Ukrainian nuclear power plants

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) experts in Ukraine have recorded explosions near two nuclear power plants (NPP) on the night of 28-29 November.

Quote: "IAEA experts based in Ukraine reported sound of military activity overnight in proximity of Khmelnitsky NPP, not just at the Zaporizhzhia NPP, Director General Rafael Grossi said today [29 November]."

Background: 

• In the morning of 29 November, the Air Force reported that they downed Shahed drones in Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, and Khmelnytskyi oblasts at night.
• The building of an agricultural business in Khmelnytskyi Oblast was damaged as a result of a Russian attack at night.
