Ukrainian forces kill 1,030 more Russian soldiers and destroy 19 tanks over past 24 hours

Russia has persisted in suffering losses in its war of aggression against Ukraine as Ukrainian defenders killed over 1000 Russian troops and destroyed 31 armoured combat vehicles and 6 artillery systems belonging to the Russians over the past 24 hours alone.

Details: The total combat losses of Russian troops between 24 February 2022 and 11 December 2023 are estimated to be as follows [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses – ed.]:

• approximately 339,850 (+1030) military personnel;
• 5,655 (+19) tanks;
• 10,560 (+31) armoured combat vehicles;
• 8,070 (+6) artillery systems;
• 919 (+0) multiple-launch rocket systems;
• 605 (+0) air defence systems;
• 324 (+0) fixed-wing aircraft;
• 324 (+0) helicopters;
• 6,154 (+18) tactical UAVs;
• 1,586 (+0) cruise missiles;
• 22 (+0) ships and boats;
• 1 (+0) submarines;
• 10,636 (+13) vehicles and tankers;
• 1,168 (+6) special vehicles and other equipment.
