Explosions rock Kyiv and Khmelnytskyi Oblast

Two explosions rang out in the city of Kyiv on 14 December, and the media also reported the sounds of explosions in Khmelnytskyi Oblast in the afternoon.

Details: Two explosions were heard in Kyiv.

The Air Force said that three missiles flew towards the city of Starokostiantyniv, Khmelnytskyi Oblast.

Later, the military added that the cities of Rivne and Lutsk were at risk as well.

Background: Earlier, a third air-raid warning was issued throughout the territory of Ukraine due to the take-off of a potential carrier of Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles in Russia.
