Russians strike near residential buildings in Kharkiv twice

The Russians struck the city of Kharkiv twice on the night of 19-20 December, early reports indicate.

Details: Terekhov said that the Russians had hit near residential buildings and civilian facilities in a district of Kharkiv that has been most affected since the beginning of the full-scale war. 

Search and rescue workers are currently working at the scene.

Information about casualties and damage is being established.

Background:

• The threat of a ballistic weapons attack was issued in Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad oblasts at about 01:00 on the night of 19-20 December 2023.
• Later, it was reported that a series of explosions had rocked the city of Kharkiv.
