Putin is going to UAE and Saudi Arabia

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin will visit the UAE and Saudi Arabia this week, where he will hold talks.

Details: Ushakov said that this will be a "working visit", which involves talks, first of all, with the crown prince of Saudi Arabia.

Before that, Putin will fly to the Emirates with another "working visit".

Background: 

• After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Putin visited the neighbouring countries of the former Soviet Union, as well as Iran and China.
• The trip to China was Putin's second trip abroad since the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued a warrant for his arrest in March.
