61 missiles including Kinzhals were destroyed above Kyiv in the morning – video

Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko has reported that Ukrainian air defence destroyed 61 missiles about Kyiv on the morning of 2 January, including about 10 aeroballistic Kinzhal missiles.

Quote: "In total, air defence has destroyed 61 missiles in the city of Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast, including nearly 10 Kinzhal missiles. In addition to this 13 Shahed drones were destroyed at night."

Details: Buildings in the Podilskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Pecherskyi, Obolonskyi, Desnianskyi and Solomianskyi districts have been damaged. One woman was killed and at least 33 people were injured (32 of them were hospitalised).

Valerii Zaluzhnyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reported that the Russians launched 99 missiles of different types on Ukraine on the morning of 2 January, 72 of which were destroyed.

As of 10:50, 4 people were reported dead and 92 wounded in the morning attacks across Ukraine.
