Details: Zelenskyy said that the government would present amendments to the law on the Bureau of Economic Security and some other laws to "limit any possible pressure on legal businesses as much as possible".

An audit of the tax invoice risk monitoring system is also to be conducted.

Quote: "The state will fulfil its part of the moral contract with business. It is important that every business in Ukraine fulfils its part of the agreement: the business pays taxes, works legally, does not use any schemes to avoid paying taxes, respects its employees, and definitely does not work with Russia."

The National Security and Defence Council also recommended that the Prosecutor General's Office, the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU), the State Bureau of Investigations of Ukraine (SBI), the National Police, and the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine conduct an audit of registered criminal proceedings that could potentially put the state's economy at risk.

The First Deputy Prime Minister also said that inspections of businesses by law enforcement agencies would be limited.

Quote from Svyrydenko: "The National Security and Defence Council will recommend that the Prosecutor General's Office, the State Bureau of Investigation, the National Police of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine refrain from searches, arrests, and blocking of accounts for three months if such actions block or significantly adversely affect the operation of an enterprise.
