Russian forces attacked the village of Kindrashivka in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv Oblast on 13 March.

Details: The investigators reported that the attack occurred at approximately 19:30. A man, 65, sustained a blast injury and contusion. Several houses in the village were damaged.
