Sources cited by the SSU confirmed that Pumping Station No. 1 was hit and caught fire. Oil flows through the facility have been stopped.

Quote: "The SSU continues to impose 'sanctions' on Russia's oil sector, which generates extraordinary profits used to wage war against Ukraine. Efforts to cut petrodollars from the Russian budget will continue."

Background: Nikolayev reported that "unmanned aerial vehicles from Ukraine" had attacked an oil pumping station in the Chuvash Republic on the morning of 27 September.
