Konotop to be left without power and water due to Russian attacks on Sumy Oblast

The city of Konotop in Ukraine's northeast will be left without electricity and water due to a Russian strike.

Details: Semenikhin wrote about a series of explosions in the city shortly after midnight.

He reported a Russian drone strike at around 04:30.
