A fire broke out at the Orsknefteorgsintez refinery in Russia's Orenburg Oblast.

Orsknefteorgsintez operates four primary oil-processing units with a total capacity of 6.6 million tonnes of oil per year.

The plant produces around 30 types of products including petrol, diesel, lubricants, aviation kerosene, bitumen and fuel oil.

Video from the source shows plumes of smoke rising from the refinery after the drone strikes.

Russian authorities ordered an evacuation at the plant, and Orsk officials urged residents to stay calm.

The source said that Ukrainian drone strikes have put nearly 40% of Russia's refinery capacity out of action.
