"For the second consecutive year, Ukraine has participated in NATO REPMUS 2025 – the largest international exercise focused on the use of unmanned systems in maritime operations. During the exercises, Ukrainian service members shared their combat experience with partners," Shmyhal added.

The defence minister emphasised that DELTA has been confirmed as compatible with the latest Alliance standards. He added that Ukrainian technologies not only meet NATO requirements but are also helping to shape new approaches to warfare.

"This is proof of our ability to rapidly adapt to any combat situation at sea, on land, or in the air," the minister concluded.

Background:

  • In August, Denys Shmyhal signed an order to implement the DELTA digital command system at all levels of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
  • The DELTA combat digital ecosystem enables real-time battlefield monitoring, effective operational planning and data exchange within units, brigades and formations – and, if needed, with allied forces.
  • DELTA is accessible via laptops, tablets and mobile devices and is used by commanders at all levels.
