Russian attack destroys branch of Ukraine's largest private postal operator in Donetsk Oblast

A Nova Poshta (Nova Post) branch has been destroyed in the Russian attack on Donetsk Oblast which occurred on the evening of Sunday 5 October. Nova Poshta is Ukraine's largest private shipping company.

Quote: "On 5 October at around 18:40, due to an enemy attack, a Nova Poshta branch in Donetsk Oblast was destroyed."

Details: The company noted that at the time of the strike, the Nova Poshta branch was not operating, so no employees were injured.

Quote: "The occupiers turned 405 parcels with a total declared value of over UAH 1 million (about US$24,000) into ashes."

Details: The company promises to compensate customers for the "loss of their consignments".
