Details: UkrOboronProm, a strategic Ukrainian arms and military equipment manufacturer, has agreed to collaborate with the US company LeVanta Tech Inc on a "float-and-fly" concept. The manufacturer's website states that LeVanta Tech develops sea-launched aerial drones.

More details: UkrOboronProm has also formalised new agreements with Spanish company Escribano. The two sides are already cooperating on modernising Ukrainian armoured vehicles by installing new combat modules. The new memorandum focuses on potential collaboration in air defence and deepening cooperation in armoured vehicle development.
Ukroboronprom has also mentioned cooperation with the Romanian company Romarm.
Quote: "We are exploring the possibility of joint production of technical solutions and unmanned platforms. We also plan to collaborate on securing investment for the projects."
Background: It was reported earlier that Romania has opened discussions with Ukraine on producing drones under a new European Union defence funding programme. The initiative is expected to be funded under the SAFE programme, which supports the rearmament of EU member states.
