Quote: "The entire hromada is without power, except for the village of Burlacha Balka. Engineers from DTEK [the largest private energy company in Ukraine – ed.] are already working to restore supply, and we are setting up invincibility centres with heat and electricity." [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories; an invincibility centre is a heated premises stocked with food and power banks to assist residents facing hardships due to power cuts – ed.]

Details: Huliaiev said that the attack has damaged civilian infrastructure and homes, while critical facilities run on generators.

Background: In recent weeks, Russian forces have shifted their tactics against Ukrainian energy infrastructure, focusing on large-scale strikes on energy facilities within specific oblasts rather than across the entire national grid.
