Nine people have been injured in the Russian nighttime attack on Kyiv. Damage to residential buildings and civil infrastructure has been recorded in several districts of the city.

Quote: "Debris caused a fire in a high-rise building in the Pecherskyi district. Twenty people were rescued, nine injured and five handed over to medical personnel."

Details: The State Emergency Service also noted that debris had fallen in open areas in the Podilskyi and Desnianskyi districts without causing fires or damage.
