Electricity has been restored on the left bank of Kyiv following the large-scale Russian attack on the night of 9-10 October.

- On the night of 9-10 October, Russian forces launched a large-scale strike on Ukraine's energy system.
- Thermal power plants belonging to DTEK were seriously damaged in the overnight Russian attack.
- As of 19:00 on 10 October, water supply had been fully restored in all districts of Kyiv and power engineers had managed to repair part of the equipment damaged in the attack.
