Russia is studying the statements coming from the West regarding the possible transfer of missiles. Right now, this is a very dramatic moment in terms of rising tensions from all sides.

Imagine a long-range missile being launched and flying, and we know that it could be nuclear-capable. What is the Russian Federation supposed to think? Military experts overseas should understand this."

Details: Peskov also stressed that Russia supposedly remains "ready for a settlement".
