Russian forces attacked Ukraine's energy infrastructure on the night of 21-22 October. As of 07:00, Russia continues to launch strikes.

Quote from Energy Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk: "The enemy has been conducting strikes on the country's energy infrastructure all night long. The large-scale attack is ongoing."

Details: Hrynchuk promised to provide further information later.
"We urge everyone to stay in shelters. Once the situation is safe, power engineers will begin assessing the damage and conducting repair work," the Energy Ministry reported.
