Russia reports large-scale drone attack: Ryazan oil refinery targeted

The Russian Ministry of Defence has reported a large-scale drone attack on 10 regions of the Russian Federation, with an oil refinery in Ryazan Oblast being targeted.

Details: According to Russia's Defence Ministry, air defence systems allegedly downed 139 Ukrainian UAVs. It is reported that 56 drones were shot down over Belgorod Oblast, 22 over Bryansk Oblast, 21 over Voronezh Oblast, 14 over Ryazan Oblast, 13 over Rostov Oblast, two each over Tambov, Volgograd, Oryol and Kaluga oblasts, one over Kursk Oblast and four over temporarily occupied Crimea.
Russian Telegram channels, citing local residents, reported that the Ryazan oil refinery was under attack.
Later, the governor confirmed the information about the "attack on one of the oblast's companies".
Quote from Malkov: "Last night, 14 UAVs were destroyed by air defence systems over Ryazan Oblast. The falling debris caused a fire on the territory of one company... Emergency services are working at the site."
Details: He added that there were no casualties and that material damage was still being assessed.
Malkov also wrote that a "ban on posting photos and videos from the scene on social media" is in effect the oblast.
Background: In August, the media reported that the Ryazan oil refinery, owned by the Russian state-owned company Rosneft, lost half of its capacity after an attack by Ukrainian drones.
