The Russian authorities have reported that Volgograd Oblast came under a "large-scale drone attack" on the night of 3-4 November and a fire has broken out at the Frolovskaya electrical substation.

Quote from Bocharov: "Air defence units belonging to the Russian Defence Ministry repelled a large-scale drone attack on the territory of Volgograd Oblast on the night of 3-4 November."

Details: Bocharov added that a fire had been recorded at the Frolovskaya electrical substation site, allegedly "as a result of falling drone debris".

Background: Drones attacked the LUKOIL-Korobkovsky gas processing plant in the city of Kotovo in Russia's Volgograd Oblast on the night of 8-9 October 2025. The strike caused fires at the facility.
