Russia has claimed that drones attacked energy infrastructure facilities in Volgograd Oblast on the night of 7-8 November, leaving some settlements without electricity.

Details: Bocharov said that "energy infrastructure facilities in Volgograd Oblast" had been attacked by UAVs and some settlements had been left without power.

Details: Bocharov added that residents of four districts in Volgograd Oblast near the Balashovskaya power substation had been left without electricity as a result of the attack.
