Five people are reported to have been injured in Kyiv Oblast due to a Russian strike on the night of 7-8 November.

Quote: "Unfortunately, there are casualties. Four women have been injured in the Vyshhorod district. Three have suffered an acute stress reaction. Another woman, born in 1983, has undergone an operation at a local hospital for a shrapnel injury to the thigh; her condition is moderate, and she remains under medical supervision and is being provided with all necessary care.

In the Obukhiv district, a man born in 1975 has sustained an open forearm wound and will be treated on an outpatient basis."

Details: In the Vyshhorod district, damage was recorded to 20 houses, three cars, service buildings and garages. Windows and glazing were blown out, facades and roofs pitted.

One house was also damaged in the Boryspil district.

Background: On the night of 7-8 November, Russian forces launched a large-scale missile and drone attack on Kyiv Oblast, targeting critical infrastructure and energy facilities.
