Details: At around 06:00 on 9 November, the press service announced an attempt to restart train operations, informing passengers that services would run according to the weekend schedule.
However, within an hour, the operator reported that due to a drop in voltage, train movement had once again been suspended, and the metro continued to operate solely as a shelter.
Background: Train operations on the Kharkiv Metro were completely halted on 8 November following another large-scale Russian attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. The strike caused severe power outages in the city and forced the authorities to switch the metro into emergency mode.
