Three civilians were injured in Russian attacks on Kharkiv Oblast on 16 November.

Details: UAVs attacked the Kholodnohirskyi district of Kharkiv during the day. A football pitch and a company warehouse were damaged.

Russian forces conducted an airstrike on the village of Starovyrivka in the Kupiansk district at around 14:00. Residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged. A 52-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction.
Russian FPV drones struck the village of Liutivka in the Bohodukhiv district between approximately 15:20 and 16:00. The grounds of a property were damaged and a car was destroyed. Two men were injured.
