Russian forces struck the city of Balakliia in Kharkiv Oblast on the night of 16-17 November, killing 3 people and injuring 15, including four children.

Details: Police said that the three men aged 69, 57 and about 70 were killed.

Among the 15 injured are three girls aged 14, 15 and 17 and a 12-year-old boy.

Quote from the Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office: "At least 13 multi-storey residential buildings have been damaged, 3 of them severely. Twelve houses and a nursery have also been damaged. Around 1,000 windows have been shattered."

More details: Police added that the blast wave damaged the glazing of seven multi-storey buildings and 16 vehicles near the impact site.

Background: Russian forces attacked Balakliia in Kharkiv Oblast on the night of 16-17 November, launching two missile strikes on residential areas in the central part of the city.
