A repair crew has come under fire from Russian forces in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast while carrying out repair work.

Details: DTEK noted that one power engineer is in a serious condition and four sustained blast and shrapnel injuries. All of them are receiving the necessary medical care.

Background: On 19 November, the Russians launched a large-scale missile and drone attack on energy infrastructure facilities in Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Cherkasy and Donetsk oblasts. Emergency power cuts were introduced immediately and were soon replaced with rolling blackout schedules.
