Ukrainian air defence downs more than 60 Russian drones over Sumy Oblast in 24 hours
Ukrainian air defence forces have destroyed 61 Russian drones in Sumy Oblast over the past 24 hours. A 58-year-old man was injured when one of the UAVs was shot down.

Quote from Hryhorov: "Today [19 November – ed.], our region is once again under large-scale Russian drone attacks. Border areas and settlements are under fire."
Details: Hryhorov said the Russians had attacked the Sumy hromada during the day and bombarded the Okhtyrka hromada in the evening. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]
All the strikes targeted civilian infrastructure.
Hryhorov said that 61 Russian UAVs had been destroyed over the region on 19 November.
Quote from Hryhorov: "Most have been shot down by interceptor drones and other assets, and some by electronic warfare systems.
A 58-year-old man was injured in Sumy as a drone was being shot down. He has received the necessary assistance and is being treated on an outpatient basis."
