Russian forces used a guided aerial bomb to strike the Staryi Saltiv hromada in Kharkiv Oblast on the evening of 28 November, killing one civilian and injuring two women, who were taken to hospital. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

Details: Syniehubov reported that at least two houses and two outbuildings were destroyed. The strike also damaged six houses and three outbuildings and caused a fire.

Emergency services are working at the scene.
