Death toll rises to two after Russian strike on Kyiv – photos

Two people have been killed and 15 injured in a Russian strike on the city of Kyiv on the night of 28-29 November.

Quote: "Two people have been killed and over 10 injured in Kyiv, including children. Rescue workers have saved four people. High-rise buildings and houses have been damaged in several districts of the capital."

Details: A fire is raging in a 14-storey building in the Shevchenkivskyi district, with one person injured.

In the Solomianskyi district, 25- and 17-storey buildings have been damaged, a facade has been destroyed and two people injured.

A three-storey building was hit in the Sviatoshynskyi district. One person was killed and a child rescued.

Damage was reported to the 5th and 6th floors of a 10-storey building in the Dniprovskyi district, with 3 people rescued.

A nine-storey building was damaged and caught fire in the Darnytskyi district, resulting in one fatality.

Three people were injured in Kyiv Oblast's Brovary and Fastiv districts. A nine-storey building caught fire and was damaged, and houses were also affected. Rescue workers evacuated 52 residents.

Background: Earlier, Kyiv city authorities reported that one person had been killed and 15 injured in the Russian attack.
