Russian attack on Kyiv Oblast: one woman killed, eight people injured – photos

One person was killed and eight more were injured in a Russian attack on Kyiv Oblast on the night of 28-29 November.

Quote from police: "As a result of the attack, 13 apartment blocks and nine houses were damaged, along with 20 garages and 24 vehicles. A local woman was killed and another eight residents were injured."

Details: A 55-year-old woman was killed and a man was injured in the Fastiv district.

In Brovary, seven apartment blocks, four houses, 14 vehicles and 20 garages were damaged. A fire broke out in one of the blocks. Fifty-two people, including three children, were evacuated. The fire has been extinguished. Three residents were injured, one of whom was taken to hospital.

In the Bucha district, the strike set a house and seven cars ablaze and damaged four apartment blocks, as well as one house and the police station in the town of Vyshneve. Two men were injured.

In the Obukhiv district, four houses and three vehicles were damaged by the attack; one resident with injuries was taken to hospital.

In Vyshhorod, two apartment blocks were damaged and one woman was hospitalised.
Background: Earlier, it was reported that destruction was recorded in five districts of the oblast on the night of 28-29 November as a result of a large-scale Russian attack on Kyiv Oblast. The city of Fastiv was left without power and two people were injured.
