Russians attack civilian car in Kharkiv Oblast: two injured

Russian forces attacked a car carrying civilians in the village of Klynova-Novoselivka in Kharkiv Oblast on 1 December, injuring two men.

Quote: "On 1 December, at around 16:00, the Russians struck the Zolochiv hromada with a drone. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.] The FPV drone hit a car in the village of Klynova-Novoselivka.

Two local residents, aged 40 and 47, were injured. The men sustained shrapnel wounds. They were taken to hospital."

Details: Investigators have opened criminal proceedings under Article 438.1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes).

Background: On 1 December, Russian forces struck firefighters in Kherson as they were putting out a fire at a petrol station.
