US Vice President JD Vance has described his biggest disappointment in office as the failure to secure an agreement to end Russia's war against Ukraine, but says he remains optimistic and sees significant progress on the issue.

Details: When asked about his greatest disappointment as vice president, Vance pointed to the failure to reach a deal to stop Russia's war against Ukraine.
