Russians in occupied Luhansk Oblast recruit schoolchildren for war and urge them watch TV online, yet internet is unavailable

The Russians have stepped up propaganda encouraging school graduates to join the ranks of Russian forces in temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk Oblast.
Source: Oleksii Kharchenko, Head of Luhansk Oblast Military Administration
Quote: "Employees of Russian military recruitment offices in the so-called Luhansk People's Republic have intensified propaganda work with final-year students. They talk about the advantages of participating in the war against Ukraine for future career advancement. They offer two options – signing a contract or enrollment in a military university."
Details: Kharchenko added that the Russians also announced that local TV channels and radio stations would move online, suggesting residents follow them there.
Meanwhile, in frontline towns and villages, the internet is completely cut off by the Russians themselves, while in other areas speeds have been reduced to a minimum, so residents perceive such "innovations" as mockery.
