Death toll after Russian attack on Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi rises to 4

A man who was injured in the Russian attack on Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi in Kharkiv Oblast on 7 December has died, bringing the death toll to four.

Background:

• The Prosecutor's Office reported that Russian forces had launched attacks on settlements in Kharkiv Oblast on 7 December, killing three civilians and injuring 10 others.
• At about 10:50, Russian forces conducted an airstrike on the town of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi. A 68-year-old woman was killed and a 69-year-old man was injured.
