Family hit by Russian FPV drone as they cycled to collect water in Kostiantynivka: four injured, including two children

Four civilians, including two children, have been injured in a Russian attack on the city of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast on 8 December.

Details: Russian troops struck the city using an FPV drone at about 09:00 on Monday 8 December. A family on two bicycles, who were on their way to collect water, were caught in the strike area.
A 42-year-old man, his wife, 32, and their two children, a girl aged 7 and a boy of 12, were injured. They were diagnosed with blast injuries, shrapnel wounds and concussion.
Doctors have assessed the condition of the children and their father as moderate. They were provided with medical assistance and taken to hospital.
The Kostiantynivka District Prosecutor's Office has launched a pre-trial investigation into an alleged war crime under Article 438.1 of Ukraine's Criminal Code.
