Details: The military report that they are conducting an operation to provide air cover for ground logistics routes on the approaches to the Pokrovsk agglomeration.
Regarding Pokrovsk, the military say that the Russians are showing their biggest activity on the western outskirts of the city. Using units of the 76th Air Assault Division, Russian troops are attempting to break through towards the village of Hryshyne, to the north-west of Pokrovsk, and intend to advance along several axes to do so.
It is noted that Ukraine's defence forces are countering these attempts by cutting likely routes of Russian advance and striking them with available forces and means, including artillery and FPV drones.
In addition, the Russians are increasing pressure on the south-eastern districts of the town of Myrnohrad. Isolated instances of infiltration by Russian troops are being recorded on the approaches to "upper" Myrnohrad. However, Ukrainian soldiers, in particular fighters of the 38th Separate Marine Brigade named after Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi, are detecting and wiping out the Russians.
Quote: "The defence forces continue measures to stabilise and expand the logistics corridor to Myrnohrad. In the areas of Svitle and Rivne, isolated appearances of Russian groups are being recorded, and they are being promptly destroyed.
The video shows marines of the 35th Separate Marine Brigade named after Rear Admiral Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi clearly demonstrating that Rivne is under the control of the defence forces of Ukraine."
