ASTRA, citing local residents, has reported that drones attacked the Oryol combined heat and power plant (CHP plant) in Oryol Oblast.

This information was partially confirmed by the local governor, who said there could be problems with heating, electricity and hot water in the city of Oryol.

Quote from Slyusar: "Attacks were repelled in the Rostov, Taganrog, Kuibyshevsky, Matveyevo-Kurgansky and Rodionovo-Nesvetaysky districts. The important thing is that no one has been injured. In several settlements, civilian facilities have been damaged. In Rostov, due to a break in a high-voltage power line, residential buildings in Bolgarstroi and industrial consumers in the western industrial zone have no power."

Electricity supplies have also been disrupted to the settlement of Nedvigivka in the Myasnykovsky district and the village of Zaymo-Obryv in the Azov district because of downed power lines.

In addition, according to ASTRA, the TogliattiAzot (TOAZ) plant in Togliatti in Samara Oblast is on fire following the attack. Local residents say the road to the facility has been closed.
