Quote from Taburets: "Christmas Eve in Cherkasy Oblast began with an enemy attack. Air defence forces and equipment neutralised a Russian missile in the Cherkasy district.
We have one person injured. Luckily, it's not serious."
Details: Early reports indicate that the blast wave also damaged an educational facility, a garage cooperative and a local cemetery in the oblast.
The mayor of Kharkiv said that all day Russia had been striking critical infrastructure facilities that provide heating and supply hot and cold water.
Quote from Terekhov: "The targets of the last two strikes in the Slobidskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts were also such facilities.
The aim is clear: to destroy the energy island we have been building over recent years and to try to plunge our city, all of us, into cold and darkness."
More details: The mayor of Trostianets said that the Russians had again hit the city with a ballistic missile.
Apartment blocks and office premises around the epicentre of the strike were damaged.
