Almost a third of the city of Kyiv has been left without heating due to the Russian attack.

Quote from Klitschko: "There is no electricity in parts of the districts on the left bank.

Power engineers are working to restore electricity."

Details: DTEK said that emergency power outages have been implemented.

Background: Weapons debris struck a 24-storey building and an 18-storey block is also on fire in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv on the morning of 27 December.
