Ukraine's Security Service struck an oil storage facility in Russia's Yaroslavl Oblast on the night of 30-31 December.

Details: According to the sources, the oil depot is part of Russia's state reserve system (Rosrezerv) and is intended for storing large volumes of fuel.

Video footage shows that a large-scale fire broke out at the facility following drone strikes carried out by the Security Service.

A source also announced plans to disrupt Russia's oil product supply chains in 2026.

Background: Earlier reports said that explosions were heard in Russia's Yaroslavl Oblast amid warnings of a "drone threat".
