Russians kill 1 and injure 4 in Kherson Oblast, 1 fatality in Donetsk Oblast

Russian attacks on Kherson Oblast on 31 December killed one person and injured four. One fatality was recorded in Donetsk Oblast.

Details: One person was killed and four injured due to Russian attacks on Kherson Oblast between 06:00 on 31 December and 06:00 on 1 January.

The settlements of Antonivka, Blahovishchenske, Sadove, Bilozerka, Veletenske, Dniprovske, Zorivka, Kizomys, Nezlamne, Rozlyv, Stanislav, Sofiivka, Oleksandrivka, Ivanivka, Poniativka, Beryslav, Rakivka, Odradokamianka, Osokorivka, Chervonyi Maiak, Novovorontsovka, Vesele, Kozatske and Kherson came under drone attacks, airstrikes and artillery shelling.

Russian forces targeted critical and social infrastructure as well as residential areas, damaging an apartment building and six houses.

Russian troops killed one civilian in the city of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast on 31 December.

Background: Earlier reports noted that a 47-year-old man was killed in Russian attacks on the village of Novovorontsovka in Kherson Oblast on 31 December.
