Aftermath of Russian strike: many households left without electricity in two oblasts

Details: As of this morning, a significant number of consumers remain without power in Volyn and Odesa oblasts, with new outages also reported in Chernihiv Oblast.

Emergency repairs have already begun, and the gradual reconnection of consumers is under way.
