Hourly power outage schedules will be introduced in most Ukrainian oblasts on 2 January. Power restriction schedules will also apply to industrial consumers in all regions.

Details: "The reason for introducing restriction measures is the aftermath of Russian missile and drone attacks on energy facilities," Ukrenergo said.

Ukrenergo noted that the situation in the power system is subject to change. Residents should check the official websites of their local energy providers for the schedules and scope of outages in their region.
