"This attack was not a mistake – it was deliberate, as the Russians attempted to strike this facility multiple times," the foreign minister stressed.

Sybiha added that Russia has systematically attacked American businesses in Ukraine. He recalled that last year, Russian strikes damaged Boeing offices in Kyiv, a major US electronics manufacturer's facilities in Zakarpattia Oblast and other sites.

Quote: "Throughout the full-scale war, approximately half of US Chamber members in Ukraine saw damage or destruction to their facilities on various scales."

Details: Sybiha noted that attacks by Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin on "American businesses and American interests in Ukraine" demonstrate complete disregard for peace efforts led by US President Donald Trump.

"Moscow's refusal to reciprocate Ukraine's constructive steps towards peace must come at a cost and the Kremlin must feel that this cost is serious," he added.
