Russians hit residential buildings in Kryvyi Rih with Iskander ballistic missiles

Russian forces are attacking the city of Kryvyi Rih again on the evening of 8 January.

Details: At 16:56, the Air Force reported a ballistic threat from the south of the country. At 16:59, a high-speed target was reported moving towards Kryvyi Rih.

Vilkul noted that the Russians had launched a ballistic attack on the city. Suspilne correspondents also reported explosions.

Vilkul says that the Russians struck apartment buildings with two Iskander ballistic missiles. Assistance is being provided to those affected.

The Air Force later reported Russian drones flying towards Kryvyi Rih.

Background: On 7 January, Vilkul reported that Russian forces carried out one of their largest combined attacks on Kryvyi Rih since the start of the full-scale invasion. Several locations were targeted. As of Thursday morning, two of the eight civilians injured in the attack remained in hospital.
