Estonia's finance minister explains why Europe must step up efforts to fund Ukraine

Estonia's Finance Minister Jürgen Ligi has urged European governments to do everything possible to fund Ukraine, despite budget pressures facing some countries. He has stressed that he still hopes the EU will ultimately use frozen Russian assets.

Details: Ligi said there should be no financial constraints "if questions are existential for liberal democracy and human lives".
Quote: "The biggest challenge at the moment is the breaking down of unity of allies and I think we need to face that, including inside Europe."
More details: Ligi also said that Europe must continue financing Ukraine if the United States "cuts itself off from allies".
