Russians hit critical infrastructure facility in Kharkiv with four missiles

The Russians struck a critical infrastructure facility in the city of Kharkiv with missiles on the morning of 19 January.

Quote from Syniehubov: "A series of explosions rocked Kharkiv. Detailed information is being ascertained."
Details: Based on early information, the strike hit the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv.
The Ukrainian Air Force warned about guided aerial bombs being launched towards Kharkiv Oblast and the threat of ballistic weapons being used from the northeast.
The explosions occurred while an air-raid warning was in place; the warning has been in effect in Kharkiv since 07:20.
Updated: The mayor later reported that the Russians had struck a critical infrastructure facility with four missiles, causing significant damage.
Debris from the Russian UAV was also found in the Novobavarskyi district. There is no information about casualties.
