Quote: "I met with the volunteer Serhii Sternenko. He recently spoke with the president – we are deepening our cooperation to deliver on the objectives set.
From now on, Serhii will be my adviser with regard to increasing the use of UAVs on the front line. His experience will help us implement our shared vision for improving the effectiveness of unmanned units."
Details: Fedorov listed several areas that the Ministry of Defence needs to work on immediately: basic provision for drone units; supply (troops must receive effective weapons that work here and now); and analytics and performance. Fedorov said Sternenko's expertise will help with the latter.
Quote: "Right now, only 50 units out of 400 account for about 70% of all hits on the Russians.
Our goal is to help the other 350 grow quickly and significantly increase the scale at which the Russians are wiped out. Providing additional training, analysing operations, sharing experience – we will improve all processes, relying on high-quality data from the battlefield and feedback from soldiers."
