Quote: "I met with volunteer Serhii Sternenko. He recently spoke with the President – we are deepening cooperation to deliver the tasks set.
From now on, Serhii will be my adviser on increasing the use of UAVs on the front. His experience will help us implement our shared vision for improving the effectiveness of unmanned units".
Details: Fedorov listed several areas the Ministry of Defence needs to work on immediately: basic provision for drone units, supply (soldiers must receive effective weapons that work here and now), and analytics and effectiveness. Fedorov said that Sternenko's expertise will help on the latter.
Quote: "Right now, only 50 units out of 400 account for about 70% of all hits on the Russians.
Our goal is to help the other 350 grow quickly and significantly increase the scale at which the Russians are being wiped out. Additional training, analysis of operations, exchange of experience – we will improve all processes, relying on high-quality data from the battlefield and feedback from soldiers".
